Royal Courts through legal Conveyance and paying the Duty, Treizième & Congé, and Jurats fee, and Fief
Permission Fees to Her Majesty's Crown, HM Receiver & HM Clerk and Courts. Commissioner Mentz will continue to maintain the traditions and customs of this ancient and noble fiefdom and Feudal Lord Distinction. Mentz also will work with lawyers, counselors and his law students to continue in the customs of the ancient feudal courts of the Fief Blondel from time to time to enjoy this ancient "maritime fief" and arbitrate various types of disputes. Mentz also holds the ancient Seignory feudal grant of Annaly-Longford from the Earl of Westmeath.
